We ventured out today to go to Story Time at the Library. N LOVES books...adores thems...treats them as if they are part of our family {his love for books is deep!}. We go with one of our dearest friends, and today it was so nice because there were only 4 kids total at Story Time. Sometimes we go and there are over 20 kids...it's a little overwhelming! It was nice to have the floor nice and open for relaxing and really listening to the stories that were being told. Today's theme was "Jungle and Safari"...we sang songs, played some games, and read lots of stories. L enjoyed it too...she's feeling better, thank goodness :).
How wonderful to have story time to yourselves! We go to our story time here too and the library room is usually packed every time. It does get a little overwhelming. I can relate to having a little book lover ... Adeline adores reading more than doing most anything else! :)
